  • Prior to working on a different basis with SHL she lead their Executive Development Practice Group, majoring on executive assessment, top team development and talent management.
  • She set up SHL’s leadership coaching practice and is now their preferred outsourced partner for all European client coaching. This includes the licensing, training and supervision of their coaches.
  • She has worked internationally for over 20 years with senior executives and teams,who faced both personal and organizational challenges.
  • In addition, she feels that in order to be remain credible with senior leaders you need to have held comparable positions at executive level.
  • Her network of partners and associates includes old colleagues from Towers Perrin, SHL and Penna plus business leaders she has worked with during her career.
