summer of 2003 by Ann Edwards, an experienced director and general
manager, with particular expertise in leadership and organisational
development.
- Prior to working on a different basis with SHL she lead their
Executive Development Practice Group, majoring on executive assessment,
top team development and talent management.
- She set up SHL’s leadership coaching practice and is
now their preferred outsourced partner for all European client
coaching. This includes the licensing, training and supervision
of their coaches.
- She has worked internationally for over 20 years with senior
executives and teams,who faced both personal and organizational
challenges.
- In addition, she feels that in order to be remain credible with
senior leaders you need to have held comparable positions at executive
level.
- Her network of partners and associates includes old colleagues
from Towers Perrin, SHL and Penna plus business leaders she has
worked with during her career.
- This eclectic mix of consultants are all chartered members of
their professional institutes (CIPD,BPS,CIM,BIM,IOD) and are licensed
for a specially selected range of leadership diagnostics. This
